Meet the Therapist

As a Physical Therapist, since 1988, Shelley has treated a variety of injuries and issues in all areas of the body from teenagers to centenarians. Shelley’s wide experience as a practitioner and patient, to manage her own hypermobility, has allowed her to study the movement patterns of all types of individuals, and their personalities, and to develop an efficient and practical guide to address the whole body; its physical, mental, and emotional health, throughout the lifespan.

Shelley presents a unique approach in the Erasore Method for common ailments such a  recurrent sinus issues/infections, digestive issues, difficulty breathing and sleeping, and stress management which are fundamental to your health; your whole self.

What is Erasore?

The name derives from the idea to ‘erase the pain’ and yes, it did involve an eraser! 

Erasore was created as an instruction manual for resolving pain and suffering by a combination of simple techniques, aligning and balancing your body by changing your movement patterns, and balancing the 4 structures that support those movements - your joints, muscles, nerves and fascia.
